The Doctor may authorise a specified number of Prescriptions to be repeated without having to see you first. Repeat prescriptions can be requested in person or by posting the repeat slip.

Routine children’s immunisations are done in the surgery by the practice nurse with a prior appointment on Monday and Tuesday.

Five Ways Health Centre is an established general practice in Ladywood, Birmingham, which moved to its new premises in 2009. We offer an extensive range of services. Consultations are by appointment only and each doctor runs a personal list offering appointments for their registered patients. We are also a Training Practice, which means that hospital doctors wishing to enter General Practice spends six months training with us to gain experience. The surgery offers excellent facilities including easy access for wheelchairs. We aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence.
